We recently experienced a significant local network outage affecting 4G in the following localities: Ardmona 3629, Caniambo 3630, Congupna 3633, Cosgrove 3631, Grahamvale 3631, Katandra 3634, Katandra West 3634, Kialla 3631, Kialla East 3631, Lemnos 3631, Marionvale 3634, Mooroopna 3629, Orrvale 3631, Pine Lodge 3631, Shepparton 3630, Shepparton East 3631, Tatura East 3616.
The issue stemmed from Parent: Site failure, impacting approximately 4056 services. Our response team is working with Telstra Wholesale to restore services as soon as possible. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
