We recently experienced a significant local network outage affecting 4G in the following localities: Haven 3401, Horsham 3400, Lower Norton 3401, Mckenzie Creek 3401, Natimuk 3409, Noradjuha 3409, Nurrabiel 3401, Quantong 3401, Vectis 3401, Wonwondah 3401.
The issue stemmed from Telstra Network (Hardware/Software/Config), impacting approximately 4242 services. Services have now been restored. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
