We recently experienced a significant local network outage affecting 4G in the following localities: Acheron 3714, Alexandra 3714, Cathkin 3714, Devils River 3714, Fawcett 3714, Koriella 3714, Limestone 3717, Maintongoon 3714, Rubicon 3712, Taggerty 3714, Thornton 3712, Whanregarwen 3714.
The issue stemmed from Telstra Network (Hardware/Software/Config), impacting approximately 1847 services. Services have now been restored. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
