We recently experienced a significant local network outage affecting 4G in the following localities: Airlie Beach 4802, Cannonvale 4802, Cape Conway 4800, Cape Gloucester 4800, Coral Sea 4800, Dingo Beach 4800, Flametree 4802, Gregory River 4660, Gregory River 4800, Hideaway Bay 4800, Mandalay 4802, Mount Rooper 4802, Riordanvale 4800, Whitsundays 4802, Woodwark 4802.
The issue stemmed from Severe weather, impacting approximately 1613 services. Services have now been restored. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
